I am a husband, dad and Opa (aka grandfather). My family is the most important thing to me and is my greatest blessing. That is why the opportunity to work with my family is such a great blessing.

I have always enjoyed firearms from an early age, shooting with my uncles. Fast forward to 2003 and finding cowboy action shooting while channel surfing. Imagine getting to dress up and shoot guns like my Saturday morning heroes. I was hooked from the first day and have enjoyed it ever since. My love for guns led me to become a Glock armorer. My passion for the sport of cowboy action shooting led me to take some gun-smithing classes on the guns used in my sport. My enjoyment of working on firearms has enabled me to help friends and family members with their firearms.
When I retired after 26 years in the IT field, working for Radiology groups as an IT Manager and HIPAA security officer, I had the opportunity to go to work at a local gun shop and get a chance to work with my son and that is truly the gift of a lifetime.

I spent the beginning of my career in multiple leadership roles in the medical field, from Clinic Manager to Chief Operation officer of a multi-million dollar organization. However, I always dreamed of owning my own business.
My biggest passion in life are my 3 kids; Jacob, Hanna, and Joshua, and my wife Brandie and I realized the best way to teach my kids true hard work was to have a business that does as we do. I want them to learn the value of a dollar, the importance of your word towards customers and the true meaning of a hard days work. When the opportunity arose for me to work with my dad as well as my kids, it was a no brainer. Which is why I decided that opening up a gun shop was what I needed to do. Plus guns are cool!!!
