We offer a large assortment of firearms, new and used to meet any shooters needs. If it's protection, hunting, hobby collecting or even cowboy action shooting, we have it all.

Take the first four hours of Texas DPS required learning material in the comfort of your own home with our partner, HANDGUNLICENSE
They provide an alternative to the traditional classroom learning style. You will have the flexibility to go at your own pace, leave the course and come back to where you left off and the ability to review any lesson if you feel you need additional time to learn the material.
Complete this course and you will then be eligible to take the next round of training, the range safety and proficiency exam. If, you are located in our area, you will take that portion of the training with US here at M E Firearms.

FFL TRANSFERS
We are happy to facilitate FFL (Federal Firearms License) transfers for our customers. For those who are unfamiliar, an FFL transfer is the process of transferring a firearm from one gun shop (FFL) to another. We charge just $25 per incoming firearm.

It's a pretty easy process. Go ahead and buy the firearm of your choice just like you would buy anything else online. At some point in the checkout process, the seller should ask you who you'll be using as your FFL dealer and you'll choose us. Most major firearms retailers already have our FFL on file, but if they don't you'll just have to provide them with our contact info. Or provide us with theirs and we'll get a copy to them. We are not permitted to send our FFL directly to customers.
Now you just have to wait for your firearm to get here. When we receive it, we'll unbox and get it ready for pick up. Your name and phone number is usually included in the box* and we will call you when it's ready to be picked up.

*Not often, but every now and then a seller will forget to include this information or give us the wrong number. If it's
been a few days and we haven't called you, feel free to give us a call or shoot us an e-mail to check in!
Notary Service
We offer notary service by appointment. Please call the shop at 210-281-5512 or send an email to MEFIREARMS@hotmail.com to request an appointment.
We charge $25.00 per notarized document.

UNCLAIMED FIREARMS POLICY
If a firearm is not picked up within 30 days after we receive it, we will charge $1.50 per day until it is retrieved. NFA item customers have 30 days after the receipt of a silencer to initiate the Form 4 process and 30 days after tax stamp receipt before being charged the storage fee. After 60 days, any unclaimed firearms/NFA items will be considered forfeited.
Consignment Sales Policy:
M E Firearms will sell the firearm on consignment at a customer approved price.
The customer will be asked to authorize any price decrease prior to sale.
M E Firearms will prepare and properly display the firearm to offer it maximum exposure based on the firearm.
M E Firearms will exercise due care for the firearm but is not responsible for any scratches, dents or finish alterations incurred during our possession/ presentation of the firearm.
We kindly asks that the Customer give us 60 days minimum to sell the firearm. The Customer may retrieve his/her property during business hours following the Federally Mandated Background Check. If a Customer retrieves his/ her Consignment firearm before the minimum 60 days, he/ she will be charged $45.00 per firearm for processing.
Consignment Fees are 15% of the listed price.
